User data deletion

You can ask at any time for Bysmax to delete the personal data it holds about you. This page explains how to do it and what to expect.

How to request it

Write to us through any of these channels with your name, the phone number or email you used with us, and what data you want deleted:

What we delete

• Your contact details (name, phone, email, business).
• The conversation history tied to your request.
• Quotes, assessments or files linked to your data.

We’ll confirm through the same channel once the deletion is complete.

What we can’t delete

• Data we must keep due to legal or tax obligations.
• Anonymous or aggregated information that no longer identifies you.
• Copies held by third parties (for example, WhatsApp or Meta): that data lives in your account with them and must be managed directly on their platforms.
